MODALITIES

Swedish…long gentle strokes designed to release muscle tension and improve circulation.

Deep tissue… specific areas are addressed with slow and methodical attention to the underlying holding pattern.

Foot reflexology… stimulates the nerve endings on the feet which send an electrical charge through the neurological pathways to their associated organs.

Cranial-sacral... “ taps into the body's internal message center, opening up blocked passages and reestablishing the 'wave' of natural energy that allows the body to function properly."

Breath work... establish an energetic and physical connection to life
force energy moving through areas of the body that are holding on to tension.

TREATMENTS

Freesha Treatment... named after my furry wonder dog this treatment includes a back scratch, a head rub and an ear pull along with your massage.

Heavenly Feet... your feet are scrubbed and wrapped in hot towels; your neck and shoulders are massaged; your feet then receive 40 minutes of massage and reflexology. The whole body feels alive afterwards.

Lavender body scrub… an invigorating exfoliation which leaves the skin fresh and alive. Session includes a scalp massage.

Rose body butter mask…hydrate yourself in a luscious rose petal and grape seed body butter mask. Session includes a foot reflexology treatment.
