BA in Culture, Ecology and Sustainability, New College of California; Graduate of American Conservatory Theatre; Thesis in Spirituality and Theatre; Body-part Psychology and Movement-based Expressive Arts with Tamalpa Institute; Movement Ritual Teacher Certificate with Tamalpa Institute; Recipient of 2 Massachusetts Cultural Council grants; Former Healer in Residence and Lead Massage Therapist at Chatham Bars Inn; Sonoma County BOHO award for children's theatre, “Best place to let your kids express their creative self.”

Michelle has presented her work at UMASS Dartmouth, Santa Clara University, New College of California, Body and Soul: Women's Healing Conference, Unity Churches, Shotwell Studios: Speak up and Dance, ODC: Wild Women Series, Magic Theatre, Center Stage, California Theatre Center, Womongathering and San Francisco Fringe Festival.

She has taught and/or directed at The Provincetown Theatre Company, The Academy in Orleans, American Conservatory Theatre, San Francisco Shakespeare Festival, California Theatre Center in Alaska, Sonoma County Repertory, Santa Clara University, Sonoma Ballet, & Sonoma Charter.
