THE WORK

Body focused, spirit centered, theatre inspired.
Sacred energy is always present in the body. The body's story is a natural place to begin to realize your divinity.

There is an inherent grace in the body. People's stories hold strength, stillness and beauty. I guide individuals into their somatic and spiritual story. I assist people in recognizing the sanctuary within themselves and the power of their creativity and expression.

People open doors for each other. They gently, and unknowingly at times, nudge each other in the right direction. This is the intention of the work: to be the key that opens the door for each person to embody themselves.

The one to one sessions shed light on your relationship with your body and bring light to crowded places within yourself. The adult training leads you into the heartbeat of your story and hands you tools to center and direct your resonance. The youth training invites you to say what is on your mind while in the midst of an imaginative and creative ensemble.

It is a blessing to share the inner wealth of your life. It is healing to the earth and all life to share your journey. It will bring you a freedom to feel life in its myriad of colors. Listen to what is inside you, the way nature listens to us, attentively.
